With Wings!

8.31.2007
caterpillar
Each of us
are like butterflies
with one wing..
The only way we can fly
is to hold each other
and share wings..
So if you have no wings at all,
it means...
uod ka dude!
Uod ka lang! :p

After the love has gone (again)

Love Hurts

Love can be bad, it can treat you like dirt.
There's always a risk of you getting hurt.
Love is restless.. & love is a flirt.
Love has places to go and people to hurt.

* * * *

Love will fly if held too lightly.
Love will die if held too tightly.
How should I hold you..
How do I know if I'm still keeping you or I'm letting go..

* * * *

It only takes a minute to get a crush on someone,
an hour to like someone & a day to love someone,
but it takes a lifetime to forget someone.

* * * *

I miss you when you're far away.
I think about you every night & day.
Even if we cant b together..
I will miss you now.. and forever.

chiaki kuriyama

Chiaki Kuriyama , born in Tsuchiura, Ibaraki Prefecture, is a Japanese actress and model.

Career
Chiaki was one of most popular models of the mid-1990s child model boom in Japan. In 1997, she appeared in her break in the photobooks Shinwa-Shoujo (Girl of Myth) and Shoujokan (Girl's Residence), photographed by Kishin Shinoyama. Shinwa-Shoujo became a best-seller but, as it contained some nudity, was discontinued by the publisher in 1999 after the institution of new anti-child pornography laws. She also posed as a model for the child fashion magazines Nicola (1997-2001) and Puchi Lemon (1996-2001).

She first achieved widespread recognition as an actress in Japan for her starring roles in the horror films Shikoku (1999) and Ju-on (2000). Chiaki also appeared in the action film Battle Royale (2000) in the role of Takako Chigusa.

Following feature appearances on several notable Japanese television programs (including Rokubanme no Sayoko), Chiaki made her Hollywood debut in director Quentin Tarantino's 2003 film Kill Bill, Volume I as Gogo Yubari, the manriki-wielding schoolgirl yakuza bodyguard of Tokyo mob mistress O-Ren Ishii. Chiaki's lines in the film were all in Japanese (except for two words, "bingo" and "hi"), although she has stated that she is in the process of learning English and hopes to play more English-language roles in the future.

Chiaki's other film appearances include major roles in the samurai drama Azumi 2: Death or Love and Takashi Miike's Yokai Daisenso. [src]

The Words Of Hurt

Love Hurt

The Words Of Hurt
by Johnny Wheeler

What love I built with loving words
I quickly tore apart
Like daggers they have pierced your soul
And hurt your loving heart

In anger I lashed out at you
It wasn't my intent
What others say, and what they do
Has caused this awful bent

My soul is kind, I think you know
The sorrow that I feel
I hurt your heart, there's no excuse
I hope that it can heal

I speak with words so tenderly
But now I look the fool
Words that can inspire love
I used as hurtful tools

You may forgive, and might forget
Because you're kind at heart
But hurting you just haunts me so
Your heart I've torn apart

I'm sorry, please just understand
It tears me up inside
That I would say such words to you
To try to hurt your pride

They say time heals, I hope it's true
My fondest wish to be
That you'll one day forgive my words
And go on loving me

Surprise Package

8.21.2007
The Crying Gay.. err.. Game.

A man was drinking in a bar when he noticed this beautiful young lady sitting next to him. "Hello there," says the man, "and what is your name?"
"Hello," giggles the woman, "I'm Stacey. What's yours?"
"I'm Jim."
"Jim, do you want to come over to my house tonight? I mean, right now??"
"Sure!" replies Jim, "Let's go!"

So Stacey takes Jim to her house and takes him to her room. Jim sits down on the bed and notices a picture of a man on Stacey's desk. "Stacey, I noticed the picture of a man on your desk," Jim says.
"Yes? And what about it?" asks Stacey.
"Is it your brother?"
"No, it isn't, Jim!" Stacey giggles. Jim's eyes widen, suspecting that it might be Stacey's husband.

When he finally asks, "Is it your husband?"
Stacey giggles even more, "No, silly!" Jim was relieved.
"Then, it must be your boyfriend!"
Stacey giggles even more while nibbling on Jim's ear. She says, "No, silly!!"

"Then, who is it?" Jim asks.

Stacey replies, "That's me BEFORE my operation!!"

Text Unlimited Weekend Babe #4

Carmen Soo

Birth Name: Carmen Soo Wai Mun
Date of Birth: December 4, 1973
Country: Malaysia

Soo beautiful...
Carmen Soo Wai Mun is a Chinese Malaysian fashion model and actress. At the age of 17, Soo ventured into modeling and left Malaysia at the age of 20 for Hong Kong, to pursue her modeling career.

At 160cm tall, her petite size is not conducive to catwalk modelling, hence most of her shoots tend to be print and television commercials. However, she has had quite a lot of success within that area, gracing many local magazine covers such as NewMan, V Mag, NewTide and NuYou. She also has been recruited as the spokesperson for international watch brand Longines, along with Malaysian theatre personality Paula Malai Ali.

Soo landed herself a minor acting role in a Jackie Chan movie entitled 'Gorgeous' alongside with Shu Qi and later on played the leading actress in Aaron Kwok's musical special.

Her latest appearance was a stage play entitled 'The Girl from Ipoh' and a Celcom advertisement with Singaporean singer, JJ Lin. She owns a boutique named 'Kushi' located in Bangsar. Her most recent acting role is in 'Trio & a Bed', where she is one of the three female leads, together with Amber Chia & Annabelle Kong. The show also stars three other male counterparts as their various and overlapping love interests - Daniel Tan, Jeffery Chong and Danny Wan. Soo currently resides in Petaling Jaya with her family. Sisters are kicking the habit

8.18.2007
[Warning:  Rude Jokes]

The young novice was assigned her first job at the convent: to sweep the steps of the church and keep the entrance clean. But she was having a terrible time with the pigeons. They were flapping, cooing, and shitting all over the steps she had just cleaned. She would wave her arms and say: "Fuck off. Fuck off."

It annoyed the priest who asked Mother Superior to have a discreet word with the novice.

"Your language is unseemly and entirely unncessary," Mother Superior told her. "All you have to do is say shoo-shoo, and swipe them with the broom and you will find they will soon fuck off."

* * * * *

The young novice soon realised that the absence of sex in the convent was a problem.  She confessed to Mother Superior that it was unhealthy and she was restless.
  "Comfort yourself with a scented candle," she was advised.
  "I've tried that," she said, "but you get tired of the same thing wick in wick out."

* * * * *

Mother Superior was engrossed in a crossword puzzle for sometime and muttered that something was wrong.
  "What's a four-letter word relating to women that ends in u-n-t?"
  "Oh dear," said Sister Priscilla,  "I think that would have to be aunt."
  "Of course," said Mother Superior.  "Do you have an eraser I could borrow."

* * * * *

Become a nun and feel superior.

After the love has gone

8.17.2007
You're the one I love.  The one I need.
But bad mistakes I've done indeed.
In search for forgiveness and happiness too..
I want to say that I love you.

* * * *

My eyes are hurting coz I can't see you..
My arms are empty coz I can't hold you..
My lips are cold coz I can't kiss you..
And my heart is breaking coz I'm not with U!

* * * *

Forgeting you is hard to do.. Forgeting me is up to you.
Forget me not. Forget me never.
But don't 4get, we're gr8 2gether.

* * * *

I  heard someone whisper ur name,
but when I turned around to see who it was,
I notice i was alone..
then I realize it was my heart telling me that I miss u.

Lee Hyori: Get ya!

8.04.2007
This month's first Weekend Babe is South Korean singer and actress Hyori Lee...

Lee Hyori... So smooth and creamy... like peanut butter! ;)
Lee Hyori (a.k.a. Hyolee)

Her family name is Lee. A Korean personal name consists of a family name followed by a given name.

Our Weekend Babe was born on May 10, 1979, Hyori is a popular South Korean singer and actress. She started off as part of the successful Korean pop girl group Fin.K.L, but has since become a solo artist. Her first album was very successful, winning many "Daesangs" (a Korean award equivalent to "Artist of the Year") for that album. She has since become the highest-paid female singer in South Korea. Her second album, due to a plagiarism controversy, was not as successful.

Lee Hyori, who would become the group leader as she was the oldest member, was discovered while taking sticker pictures with her friends and was actually the last to join the group, just before their launch in January 1998. Fin.K.L was one of the most popular girl groups in Korean pop, along with S.E.S.

Acting
Even though Lee Hyori's previous drama Three-Leaf Clover was a flop, Lee has prepared a new "mini-drama" during February 2007. Her current project If In Love...Like Them is a new one episode drama running approximately 70 minutes. Alongside Lee will be popular actor Lee Dong Gun. This drama is scheduled to be released on March 23. Previews on the new drama can be viewed at Mnet.com.

Endorsements
Although Lee has done many endorsements for various companies (including Dole), her most prominent commercials were made for Samsung Anycall. In late 2004, Lee signed an advertising contract with Samsung, for which she would make three musical commercials and songs for their Anycall cell phones. The first commercial and song, "Anymotion", were released in early 2005, featuring Eric Mun from K-pop group Shinhwa. In early 2006, the followup commercial "Anyclub" was released in two parts; this also featured Eric Mun in addition to Korean actor Kwon Sang Woo. The songs from the commercials served as singles for Lee in between her albums. The final commercial was released in December 2006, titled "Anystar". The commercial differed from the first two in that it featured mostly dialogue. The commercial starred Korean actor and singer Lee Jun Ki and also YG Family trainee Park Bom.

Lee Hyori finished her contract with Biotherm early February 2007. Lee is no longer a Biotherm representative. She was recently chosen as first ever Asian-wide model for Calvin Klein Jeans, modeling for the "Pure Calvin" Collection.

The Face Behind The Blog

The Face Behind The Blog

If the essence of my being has caused a smile to have appeared upon your face or a touch of joy within your heart. Then in living - I have made my mark.
- Thomas L. Odem, Jr

I was tagged by Jean of A Great Pleasure, and the meme is called The Face Behind the Blog.

As the title suggests, the aim of this meme is to let you see the faces behind your favorite blogs - i.e. photographs that show them in a light you don’t often see through their blogs.

1st step

Post a short blog article that includes a photograph (or a series of photos) showing the face behind your blog. If you already show a photo somewhere on your site, then make your post more interesting and choose a photo that’s not currently online.

2nd step

Include links to other people that have displayed a photo, or include their photos in your post, adding a reference. Here are the others who have participated so far:
